Jackie Lee Barnett, age 63, of Wellston, passed away Tuesday, September 14 at Adena Regional Medical Center in Chillicothe, Ohio. He was born November 6, 1957, in Columbus, Ohio, son of the late Warnie and Faye (King) Barnett. Jack was the owner and operator of Wooster Motor Ways in Wooster. He loved traveling with his wife, especially to Tennessee, and he also enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with his family.
Jack is survived by his wife of 16 years, Joetta J. (Martin) Barnett; children: Jack Barnett, Jr., Anthony Barnett, Kayla Johnson (Nathan), Crystal Barnett (Chris Rupe), Rick Loudermilk (Twila) and Tammy Perry (Brad); grandchildren: Jordan and Issac Barnett, Nevaeh Cheyenne Johnson and Derrick Loudermilk; brothers: Mike Barnett (Sharon) and Bruce Barnett; sisters: Barbara Decker (Mike) and Cathy Meachum; special brother-in-law, Michael Martin (Crystal); along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be Saturday, September 18th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral services will follow the calling hours at 1 p.m. with Pastor Tim Jones officiating. Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
