Wilma Lucille Wiseman, age 76, of Hamden, passed away Tuesday morning, May 5, 2015, at the Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born January 31, 1939 in Radcliff, Ohio to the late Wesley Graham and Fern Allen Graham.
Wilma was a 1957 graduate of Wilton High School in Wilkesville. She was a loving homemaker who was an excellent wife, mother and grandmother. Wilma enjoyed sewing, gardening, canning, spending time with her family and taking care of others.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Donald Clarence Wiseman, whom she married on December 23, 1959; four children, Diana Wiseman King (Chris) of Wellston, Tammy Wiseman Parsons of Wellston, Greg Wiseman (Tina) of Hebron, Ky. and Brian Wiseman of Chillicothe; eight grandchildren, Robert Peoples, Jennifer King, Andy Parsons, Sean Wiseman, Matthew Wiseman, Christian Wiseman, Tyler Wiseman and Alex Wiseman; three great-grandchildren, Austin Miller, Chance Peoples and Aubrey Parsons; sister, Barbara Lowe of Columbus, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Wilma was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Russ Parsons, and her brother and sister-in-law, John and Mabel Graham.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor Jim Eberts officiating.
