Emma Breech

Emma Jean Breech, 79, of Wellston, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. She was born on June 23, 1942, in Preston, West Virginia, daughter of the late Homer and Nellie Knotts. A Christian by faith, Emma enjoyed going to church and attended LifeSource Church in Wellston when her health permitted. She loved her kids and grandkids and greatly enjoyed spending time with them. She liked painting, going out to eat and watching her favorite television series, “Little House on The Prairie.”

She is survived by her loving family – sons: Randy (Lilly) Hanes, Dale Hanes, Charles Breech and Sonny (April) Breech; daughters: Pamela (Danny) Floyd, Rosemary Breech and Nellie Breech; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sisters: Jennifer “Patty” Vickers and Lucille Carver; as well as her beloved poodle, JJ, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by sons: Billy Cromer and Bobby Knotts; and sisters: Irene and Maxine.

A funeral service celebrating Emma’s life will be held on Saturday, December 4, 2021, at 1 p.m., in the chapel of R.M. Williams Funeral Service, with Pastor Michael Jadrnicek officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memory Gardens, Coalton.
