Phyllis R. Fulk, age 79, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson, Ohio. She was born in Oak Hill, Ohio, Nov. 18, 1937, to the late Ora and Martha (Radabaugh) Snyder. She was a member of the Porter Freewill Baptist Church of Sciotoville, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Phyllis is preceded in death by her husband, Ted E. Fulk; six sisters, Margaret French, Fern Adkins, Virgie Milhoan, Carol Hilderbrant, Anna Jean Smith and Donna Snyder.
Phyllis is survived by her children, Dianne Oliver, of Columbus, Ohio, Dennis (Sue) Fulk, Deborah (Larry) Herald, and Denise (John) Rakes, all of Oak Hill, Ohio; eight grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 12, 2016 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Mark Price officiating. Burial will follow in Horeb Cemetery.
