Stephen “Jay” Faulkner, age 44, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 4, 2014.
Jay is survived by his father, Jim Faulkner of Ft. Myers, Florida and his mother, Pam Freeland of Jackson, Ohio; three children, Chelsey Rhodes-Wimmer, age 24, of Londonderry, Ohio, Nicholas Faulkner, age 16 and Emily Faulkner, age 9, both of Jackson, Ohio; a brother, Todd Faulkner of Cornelius, North Carolina; two sisters, Laura Faulkner Ireland and Leanne Freeland, both of Jackson, Ohio; nephew, Jack Faulkner of North Carolina; two nieces, Savannah and Sydney Ireland, both of Jackson, Ohio; as well as many close friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, John and Mary Ann Faulkner and Jim and Lucy Lackey.
He was kind and had a heart of gold. He may be gone but never forgotten.
