Hunter Everett Wayne Moon

Hunter Everett Wayne Moon was born July 29, 2004 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, OH. He battled hydrocephalus and cerebral palsy for eight years until he got his angel wings on March 24, 2013.

Hunter is survived by his parents, Joy Sharp and John Moon of Oak Hill. He is also survived by his grandparents, Everett and Diana Sharp, and Ed and Sara Cox of Oak Hill; and great-grandmas, Gladys Moon and Dorothy McCoy. He also has many aunts, uncles and cousins who will miss him greatly. A special thanks to his nurse, Angela.

Hunter was preceded in death by his uncle Wayne and his great-aunts, Edith and Sandra Osborne. He was also preceded by his great-grandfathers, Walter Moon, Orville Sharp, Euel Osborne and great-grandmother, Irene Osborne.

A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Ray Perry officiating. Burial will follow at C.M. Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at the funeral home.
