Paul W. Chandler, age 71, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, at his residence. He was born in Franklin County, Ohio, on Feb. 14, 1941 to the late William and Charlotte I. (Spriggs) Chandler.
Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of AMVETS Post 84 of Jackson.
He is survived by son, Jeff (Leeann) Chandler and daughter, Missy Chandler, of Oak Hill, Ohio; three grandchildren, Benjamin Chandler, Devon Malone, and Chrissy Chandler; one great-grandchild, Kieran Chandler; and best friend, Bob Wasmer.
Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Wednesday, May 16, from 5 to 8 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 17 at 1 p.m., with Rev. Jerry Mullins officiating. Burial will be at convenience of family.
