Curtis V. Miller, age 65, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Friday, May 11, 2012, at Holzer Medical Center, Gallipolis, Ohio. He was born in Bell County, Kentucky, on January 29, 1947.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Hubert and Mary (Mullins) Vance, and two brothers, Jimmy and Chester Vance.
He is survived by two children, Curtis William Miller and Patsy (Miller) Boston of Jackson; two brothers, James McDonald and Lewis Vance of Jackson; two sisters, Janie Smith of Jackson and Rose Johnson of Beaver; three grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and very special friends, Danny Downey and Lorna Morris.
Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Tuesday, May 15 from 5 to 8 p.m., where service will be held Wednesday, May 16 at 1 p.m. Burial will follow in the Bethel Ridge Cemetery.
