Myra Elizabeth Boroff, age 75, of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at her residence. She was born in Jackson, Ohio on March 11, 1938. She was preceded in death by her parents, Harry O. and Ada Mae (Davis) Martin.
Myra was a 25-year retired employee of Jackson Corporation and a 14-year employee of Walmart.
She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Boroff; a son, Jason Wilson of Wellston; three daughters: Kibbye (Jeff) Fenwick of Georgia, Michelle (Jerry) Rice of Maryland and Kim (Dale) Downey of North Carolina; a brother, Tony (Linda) Martin of Florida; a sister, Nanette Davey of Jackson; six grandchildren: Joshua (Meghan) Rice, Tiffany (Lindsay) Shaffer, Jennifer Downey, Kevin Downey, Trevor Downey and Danielle Fenwick; and six great-grandchildren: Jasmyn Wilson, Jarrett Wilson, Harrison Shaffer, Adaline Shaffer, Owen Rice and Samuel Stout.
Friends and family will be received at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Friday, February 21, from 5 to 8 p.m. A memorial gathering will be held at the Wesley United Methodist Church, 1384 Cove Road, Jackson, at 12 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, February 22.
