Funeral services for Larry Marshall Beall will be held on Thursday May 16, 2013 at 1 p.m. at Lafond-Ardoin Funeral Home in Opelousas. The interment will take place at Bellevue Memorial Park. Pastor Gerald Toussaint will conduct the services.
Larry Beall, age 58, born July 16, 1954, passed away Friday May 10, 2013 at his residence in Bellevue, Louisiana after a year-long battle with cancer. Larry was a loving husband, son, father, brother, and a friend to everyone he met.
Larry served his country as a Marine during the Vietnam war. After his military service Larry returned to Jackson where he was employed by the Goodyear Company for 17 years. Larry then moved on to Louisiana where he was employed as a lift boat captain, servicing oil rigs in the Gulf of Mexico for Hercules Offshore Inc. Larry was also a member of the Morning Star Missionary Baptist Church in Opelousas, Louisiana.
Larry Beall is survived by his wife of 16 years, Cynthia Brooks Beall; his mother, Edie Juhasz of Jackson, Ohio; step-father, William (Kathleen) Juhasz of Jackson, Ohio; children, Sidney, Crystal, Peach, Lacie, and seven grandchildren of Lafayette, LA and Houston TX; and sisters, Kathy (Larry) McDaniel of Jackson, Ohio and Renee (Charles) Stanley of Jackson, Ohio.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Beall; son, Joseph James Brooks and brother, Gene Beall.
