The Library of Congress commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Civil War with “The Civil War in America,” a free exhibition revealing the complexity of the war through those who experienced it firsthand. More than 200 items, many of which have never been seen by the public, are featured in the exhibition that will be open through June 1, 2013.
