Richard Camp, age 67, of Wellston, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2012, at the Jenkins Memorial Nursing Facility in Wellston. He was born September 30, 1944 in Lucky, Ohio, the son of the late Wayne Robert Camp and Della Mae Malone Camp. Rick was a former press operator at Progressive Industries in Wood County and was a member of the Radcliff Fellowship Chapel.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ann Elizabeth McKenzie Camp; two sons and daughters-in-law, Richard A. and Kathleen Camp of Circleville and Stacey L. and Melissa Camp of Radcliff; three grandchildren, Madison Camp, Allison Camp and Richard Allen Camp, Jr.; brother, Robert Camp of Bradner, Oh.; sister, Mary Damron of Pemberville, Oh., as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Denzil, Burt, Russ, Rick and Frank Camp and sisters, Beulah Canode, Vivian Smith, Ferry Ann Springstead, Brettie Merritt and Lillian Lippert.
Calling hours will be Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Radcliff Fellowship Church. Funeral service will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at the Radcliff Fellowship Church with Pastor Richard Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Radcliff Cemetery. Funeral services are under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston.
