Glenn E. Phillips, age 45, of Wheelersburg, Ohio, formerly of Jackson, passed away Friday, Aug. 7, 2020 at the Ohio State Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio. He was born May 7, 1975 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Glenn E. Caldwell and Charlene T. Hopper Phillips.
He is survived by his sons: Caden Morman and Cameron Morman; brothers: Andy Phillips and Greg Phillips; sister: Alison Baldridge; and grandchildren: Khloe May Morman, Keaton Tyler Morman and Theodora Sue Morman.
