William E. Mossman, age 71, of Jackson, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2018. He was born in Athens County, Ohio on Aug. 10, 1947 to the late Kenneth E. Mossman and Neva C. (Garvin) Mossman.
William was a resident of Jackson since 1970; he enjoyed watching TV and being outdoors when he was younger.
He is survived by his wife, Sandy K. (Fite) Mossman of Jackson; his sons, Jeremy K. Mossman of Jackson and Todd R. Mossman of California; his sisters, Thelma J. (Larry) Raines of Albany and Linda J. (Wendell) Combs of Chillicothe; and grandson, Lukas S. White.
A life celebration will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Sunday, Sept. 30, 2018 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Wendell F. Combs officiating. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 1 to 2 p.m. prior to the service.
