Lisa J. Brunner, age 55, of Wellston, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2018 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. She was born May 12, 1963 in Greenfield, Ohio. Lisa was a former 25-year employee of Johnson Controls in Greenfield, where she was a lab technician.

Lisa loved her puppies and took great pride in taking care of them. When her health permitted, she enjoyed relaxing on the boat and fishing every day, along with volunteering for Rascal’s Unit.

Lisa is survived by her wife of 17 years, Donna D. Ginther of Wellston, and their children, Ernie T. Tisdale (Shawna) of Jackson and David Matthew Ginther of Wellston; her mother, Linda A. Knisley Schrader of Greenfield; her siblings, Annette Brunner Carney of Goshen, Oh., Bryan Brunner (Cary) of Chillicothe, Tommy Schrader of Greenfield, and Melanie Schrader (Jeff) of Washington C.H.; her step-mother, Margie Brunner of Hillsboro; along with their grandchildren, great-grandson, and several nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Lisa was preceded in death by her father, James Martin Brunner, and her special nephew, Nolan Brunner.

Calling hours will be Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. A service honoring Lisa’s life will follow the calling hours at 2 p.m. with Pastor Rob Ervin officiating. Burial will be in the Ridgewood Cemetery.
