Clarice “Maxine” Gallicchio, age 88, of Wellston, passed away Monday, Dec. 12, 2016 at Four Winds Community in Jackson, Ohio. She was born Sept. 27, 1928 in Jackson County, Ohio, the daughter of the late Clarence Donald Kight and Viola Marcella Hatfield Kight Miller.
Maxine was a former food manager at K-Mart in Grove City. She was a member of the Coalton Free Will Baptist Church and she enjoyed reading.
She is survived by her son, Robert Allen Radcliff (Betty Jo) of Florida; grandchildren, Charles Joseph Radcliff of Florida, Robert Andrew Radcliff of Florida, and Michelle Dorothy Zimmerman of Oklahoma; siblings, Bertha Irene Williams of Wellston, Robert Kight of McArthur, Ronald Kight of South Bloomfield, Helen McCray of Union, OH, and Patricia Robinson of Jackson, as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Gallicchio in 1992; siblings, Lena Kathryn Keller, Emma Rita Poe, Clarence Wayne Kight, Richard Melvin Kight, Ralph Leon Kight, along with three infant siblings, and her great-grandson, Jeffrey Zimmerman.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will be held Friday at 11 a.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home.
