Ronnie L. Johnson, age 61 of Beaver, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Holzer Medical Center – Jackson. He was born in Wellston, Ohio on July 17, 1955 to the late Frank and Dorothy (Glass) Johnson. In addition to his parents, a son, Paul Edward Johnson, and siblings Jerry Johnson, Barb Folden, Virginia Childers, Virgene Kisor, Frank Johnson, Marilyn Coffer, Linda Manns and Eddie Johnson preceded him in death.
Ronnie is survived by his wife, Rose Johnson; sons: Ronnie (Tara) Johnson, Jr., Shawn Johnson and Jeremy (Jennie) Johnson; grandchildren: Caleb, Eli, Corbin, Jonathan, Shawna, Haylie and Peyton – all of Jackson. Also surviving are brothers and sisters: Anna Lambert of Jackson, Larry Johnson of Jackson, Carolyn Raby of Minford, Joanne Olsen of Jackson, Brenda Puckett of Jackson, Roger Johnson of Jackson and Robert Johnson of Jackson.
Ronnie loved to spend time with his family and grandchildren. He also enjoyed fishing, being outside and working in the hay field.
Funeral services will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home on Sunday, December 4th at 2:30 p.m. with Pastor David Rahamut of The End Time Harvest Church officiating. Burial will follow in Bethel Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 3rd from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m.
