Carole Ruth Kallner, age 54 of Jackson, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at her residence. She was born on July 7, 1961 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Charles and Ruth (Melvin) Kallner.
She is survived by her son, Josh D. Kallner; brothers: Ed, Mel, Bob and Forrest Kallner; sister, Betty Hoops; along with several nieces and nephews.
Carole loved spending time with her son. She was a member of the AMVETS, enjoyed dirt track racing and NASCAR, and was a huge Cincinnati Bengals fan.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, April 26 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home in Jackson. Burial will follow at Fairmount Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, April 25, from 3:00 to 8:00 P.M.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
