Betty Jean Mullins, age 68, of Jackson, passed away on Sunday December 27, 2015 surrounded by family. She was born July 1, 1947 to the late Opal and James Samples.
She is survived by her son, P.J. (Amy) Mullins; grandchildren, Makayla, Alexis, and Cierra; sister, Robin Samples; brother, Thomas (Priscilla) Samples; and a nephew, Jon Samples.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, December 31, 2015 at the Lewis and Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Karen Adams officiating. Burial will follow in C.M. Cemetery.
