Lisa M. Ewing Pemberton

Lisa M. Ewing Pemberton, age 52, of Wellston, passed away Thursday morning, December 3, 2015, at the home of her daughter in Wellston. She was born October 6, 1963 in Durham, North Carolina, the daughter of the late Vance Teasley and Faye Maxine Woodruff.

Lisa was a former employee of Nolan Amusements for 20 years. She enjoyed baking and being a caregiver to others, and her passion in life was her family.

Lisa is survived by her children, Cindy Ewing Tackett of Wellston, Billy Ewing of Richmond, Kentucky and Misty Ewing of Wellston; four grandchildren, Shevelle Tackett, Trevor Ewing, Colby Ewing and Skylar McGuire; brother, Vance Teasley of Wellston, as well as two nieces and two nephews.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Sheila Johnson.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral service will follow the calling hours at 6 p.m. with John Pelletier, CLP officiating.
