Billy Sharp, age 77, of Oak Hill, passed away Friday, March 27, 2015 at his home. He was born February 24, 1938 in Superior, Ohio to the late Artie and Evelyn (Kelly) Sharp.
He is survived by his siblings, John (Eloise) Sharp, of Oak Hill, Sandy (Steve) Sickles, of Jackson, and Yvonne Boggs, of Oak Hill; and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, Billy is preceded in death by siblings, Ray Sharp, Freda Barnhart, Robert “Bob” Sharp, and Glen Sharp.
He was a kind, loving sweetheart to all who knew him. He never met a stranger. He expressed his love for all with numerous hugs.
Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, April 1, at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Pastor Stan Howard officiating. Burial will follow in C.M. Cemetery.
