John Wayne Jones, age 75, of Oak Hill, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2014 at his home. He was born March 9, 1939 to the late Andrew and Carrie (Walls) Jones. He had a tremendous amount of friends that loved him dearly.
John is survived by his wife Judith Jones; daughter, Danette Rawlins; granddaughter, Brittany Rawlins; special niece, Heather Jones; two stepsons, Mark Rawlins of Columbus, Ohio, Anthony Rawlins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; siblings, Goldie McGlone of South Webster, Ohio, Debbie Fulk of Oak Hill, Ohio, Bill Jones of Oak Hill, Ohio, Joann Carter of Texas; along with several nieces, nephews, and friends.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded by brothers Herman Jones and Steve Jones.
