Donald Vernon Dearing, age 72, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Monday, August 4, 2014 at his home. He was born January 6, 1942 to the late Ralph W. Dearing and Wilma A. (White) Dearing.
He was a 1960 graduate of Jackson High School and retired from Frick Gallagher Manufacturing.
Don is survived by his wife of 50 years, Jane Dearing; two children, Pheobe L. (Freddie) Canter and David L. (Jackie) Dearing; five grandchildren, Bradley A. Canter, Jeremy C. (Ashley) Canter, Noah P. Hill, Heather D. (Lucas) Litchfield, and Marshall D. Dearing; one great-grandchild, Kolton J. Litchfield; sister-in-law, Mary Dearing, brothers, Gary (Ched) Dearing and Tom (Denyce) Yinger; sister-in-law, Peggy (Mike) Lafon Ankrin; adopted sister-in-law, Jeannie Lloyd; as well as an uncle and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Preceding him in death in addition to his parents is two brothers, Ronald W. Dearing and Larry G. Dearing and his mother-in-law, Helen L. (Terry) Yinger.
