Eddie Dean Logan at the age of 55, went to be with the Lord Jesus on June 21, 2014. Eddie was born March 10, 1959 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late William Robert and Stella Miner Logan. Eddie enjoyed being around family and friends as he worked in timber most of his life with Logan Logging. He loved farming and working with horses from a young age. As he carries on to our Father in heaven, he ends a long battle of illness and will suffer no more.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Cindy (Woods) Logan, three children all of Jackson County, son Michael and Rachel Logan, son Richard and Brandi (Cooper) Logan, daughter Martha Logan, and special grandson Gunner Layne Logan. Eddie is also survived by 3 children of Minnesota, Eddie Logan Jr., Amanda Binger, Anna Logan, and 12 grandchildren.

He is also survived by mother-in-law Donna Woods and the late Weldon Woods, sister-in-law Teresa Woods from Oak Hill, and brother-in-law Robert Woods of Woodstock, Virginia.

Many other relatives all of whom are very special include Huck and Pam Logan, Carl Robert Jr. and Barb Logan, Jerry and Lisa Logan, Mark and Diana Logan, Roger Logan, and Sandra Logan. So many other family and friends will smile and think of Eddie and he will be greatly missed by all.

In addition to his parents, Eddie is preceded in death by his brother Carl Robert Logan Sr., and Ernie Logan, Sister Linda Logan, nephew James Logan, Josh Logan and a grandson Jarrod Binger,

Eddie was a hardworking loving husband and father who cherished his family and will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday June 25, at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Pastor Dave Staiger officiating. Final resting place will be in C.M. Cemetery.
