Bentley “Billy” David McCarty, age 40, of Jackson, Ohio passed away Friday, May 2, 2014. He was born June 3, 1973 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Bentley Lee McCarty and Teresa Maye (Perry) Vaughn.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his loving wife, Dorene Lynn (Vanmeter) McCarty; his sons, Bradford (Kate Lyn) McCarty of Cartersville, Georgia and Bentley McCarty II of Jackson, Ohio; a daughter, Chasity Mariah of Jackson, Ohio; grandchildren, Haven Michelle McCarty, Alecia Jade Karshner; and loving grandmother, Phyllis Perry of Jackson, Ohio; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends in both Brown and Jackson counties. Billy will be sadly missed by his family and friends.
