Donald Wade McCoy

Donald Wade McCoy, age 69, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at Riverside Medical Center of Columbus, Ohio. He was born February 3, 1945 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late Willard and Katherine (McFann) McCoy.

He is survived by two sons, Dustin (Alisha) McCoy and Paul (Debbie) McCoy; three brothers, Bob (Nancy) McCoy, Kenny (Shawna) McCoy, and Larry (Cheryl) McCoy; six sisters, Susie (Terry) Hicks, Linda (Don) Vititoe, Sheliah (Bob) Haislop, Janice (Micah) Leedy, Leisa (Rodney) Gowan, and Missy (Shon) Marchio; grandchildren, Braiden McCoy, Brashten McCoy, Grayson McCoy, Blake McCoy, and Chathan McCoy; and a great-granddaughter, Braeleigh Paige McCoy; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death in addition to his parents was his wife, Pauline (Webb) McCoy.

Donald dearly loved his late wife and his grandchildren. He enjoyed bluegrass music and square dancing. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at 3 p.m. at C.M. Cemetery of Oak Hill, Ohio with Pastor Gary Whaley officiating.
