William “Bill D” L. Dickens, age 33, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014. He was born June 4, 1980 in Gallipolis, Ohio, the son of Doug and Barbara (Sturgell) Dickens. He was the little brother of Chip and Mary Dickens; half-brother to Doug Dickens Jr., Cindy Robbins, and Angie Dickens. Billy had a son, Dylan and a self-adopted daughter, Madison. He had lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
So until we meet again, let’s not say goodbye, only see you later.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Randy Hughes officiating at Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio.
