Amber R. Crabtree, age 30, of Columbus, Ohio passed away Wednesday, February 5, 2014. She was born August 28, 1983 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Tommy Crabtree Sr. of Oak Hill, Ohio and Ann Crabtree of Columbus, Ohio.
In addition to her parents she is survived by two sons, Johnathan and Dylan, and one daughter, Ali; a brother, Tommy Crabtree Jr. of Oak Hill, Ohio; paternal-grandmother, Francis Crabtree of Wellston, Ohio; maternal grandmother, Ruth Tackett of Indiana; her fiancé, Davy Bernsteil of Columbus, Ohio; and several friends and family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 8, at 1 p.m. with Rev. David Phillips officiating at Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio. Burial will follow at Horeb Cemetery.
