Franklin Clay Paschall

Franklin Clay Paschall, age 86, died on Tuesday, January 7, 2014 in Jackson, Ohio where he retired. Born in Paris, Kentucky on November 1, 1927 to the late Pled and Ida Paschall. Frank graduated from Deer Park High School, served in the U.S. Army during WW II, and attended Miami University where he met and married the late Zoe Anna (Paschall/Palcher) Henn in 1951.

Frank had lifelong ties to Cincinnati, Ohio, working in the mortgage banking industry. Known as a great listener who loved people, he quietly stored an amazing inventory of stories of those he helped and served. He never met a stranger. Frank was a beloved father, survived by five children; Mark D. Paschall, Kenneth R. Paschall, Gregory C. Paschall, Holly G. Estep and Heather J. Collins; a grandfather of 12 and great-grandfather of 6.

A memorial service will be held at 9 a.m. Friday, January 17, 2014 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home in Jackson, Ohio. A graveside service will be held Friday following the memorial service at the Laurel Memorial Cemetery on 10010 Humphrey Road in Cincinnati, Ohio.
