Linda Moses, age 59, of Oak Hill, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014. She was born October 28, 1954 in Portsmouth, Ohio to the late Edward and Dorothy (Clark) Evans.
She is survived by her husband of 31 years, Tom Moses, of Oak Hill; daughter, Megan (Josh) Shoemaker, of Crestview FL; grandchildren, Caden and Wyatt Shoemaker, also of Crestview, FL; sisters, Dorothy Munyan, of Oak Hill, Connie (Frank) Elcess, of Dayton, Rosalie Lewis, of Hendersonville TN, and twin sister, Brenda (Dave) Howell, of San Antonio TX; also surviving are many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Linda retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., after 24 years, she was a member of the Oak Hill Presbyterian Church, and a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She was kind, loving and caring person. She will be missed.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, January 11, 2014 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill. Burial will follow in Hill Cemetery. Friends may call Friday, January 10, 2014 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Tom Moses, 266 N.
