Judith L. “Maw” McCarthy, age 64, of Oak Hill, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2013 at Riverside Hospital. Judith was born June 30, 1949 to the late George R. and Helen A. Evans. She is survived by her children, Tonya (Todd) Rowland and Tracy R. Stewart, all of Jackson, Ohio; siblings, Robert K. Evans of Sunbury, Ohio and Georgenna R. Crace, of Columbus, Ohio; 6 grandchildren, Michael G. Rowland, Jonathon Z. Rowland, Laikon N. Stewart, Hailey L. Wood, Lindsey M. Stewart, and Lorren J. Stewart; two great-grandchildren, Kiersten N. Rowland, and Weston Z. Rowland. Judith was preceded in death by her parents and one daughter, Jonda L. Brown. Arrangements are by Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill, Ohio. Friends may call Monday, October 21, 12-3 p.m. Funeral services will immediately follow at 3 p.m. at the funeral home.
