Danny Lee Jayjohn, age 53, of McArthur, passed away Friday, October 18, 2013 at the Holzer Medical Center of Jackson. He was born August 27, 1960 in McArthur, Ohio to Geneva Rose Brown Jayjohn and the late Norman Jayjohn. He is survived by his mother; wife, Shelley Lancaster Jayjohn; children, Christina (Brad) Spencer, Danny Jayjohn II and Brandi Michelle Jayjohn; brothers, Norman Scott (Adela) Jayjohn and Gardner Dean (Dawn) Jayjohn; grandchildren, Breanne Riley, Sydney “Sydcat” Spencer, Taylor Spencer, Lillian Jayjohn, Philip Jayjohn and Denyelle Jayjohn; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father; sister, Rhonda K. Jayjohn LeMay and father-in-law, Ted Lancaster. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 22, 2013 at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Rev. Tim Jones officiating. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday, October 21, 2013 at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the McWilliams Funeral Home, c/o Danny Jayjohn’s burial expenses, 125 East First Street, Wellston, Ohio 45692.
