Judy Diane Biggs, age 64, of Navarre, Fla., passed away suddenly on Saturday, October 12th. She was born in Chillicothe, Ohio to Raymond and Margret Ingalls.
Diane married Wilford Doyle Biggs on October 11, 1968 and became a devoted Air Force wife traveling with Willie throughout the United States and Europe until finally settling in Navarre, FL. She was a loving mother to Michael and Brian.
Diane was preceded in death by her father, Raymond (Junior) Ingalls.
She is survived by her loving husband, Wilford (Willie) Biggs; mother, Margret (Peggy) Ingalls; son, Michael Biggs (Karyn) and children Colby, Colton and Cadyn; son, Brian Biggs (Jill) and children Spencer, Trevor, and Peyton.
Visitation will be held Wednesday evening, October 16, 2013 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at the same location on Thursday, October 17th at 11 a.m. with Rev Charles (Skip) Domingan officiating, followed immediately by a graveside service at Fairmont Cemetery, Jackson, Ohio.
Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to the Four Mile Christian Church, 6644 Four Mile Road, Jackson, Ohio 45640. Diane will be greatly missed by her husband, family and friends.
