Mary Agnes Mullen, 89, of Chillicothe, died at 11:35 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 in Westmoreland Place.
She was born May 19, 1924, in Wellston, to the late Stanley and Goldie Armbruster McKinniss. On January 19, 1947, she married Lawrence R. Mullen, who survives.
Also surviving are a son and daughter-in-law, David L. and Ginger Mullen, of Frankfort; granddaughter, Lisa and Eric Bethel, of Chillicothe; a great-grandson, Gavin Bethel; and in-laws, Karleen and Roy Gilliland and Barbara Stephenson, all of Wellston. She was predeceased by a brother, Raymond McKinniss.
Mary was a member of St. Peter Church. She was a former employee at the former Hercules Manufacturing in Wellston and retired from Chillicothe High School where she worked in the Cafeteria.
Mass of Christian Burial will be offered 10 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013 in St. Peter Church, Chillicothe, with Fr. William P. Hahn celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Margaret Cemetery. Friends may call at the Ware Funeral Home, Chillicothe, from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday.
