Carl Heber Donaldson, age 87 of Wilmington, Ohio, passed away April 25, 2013 at his home.
He is survived by his wife Molly Maxine (Yinger) Donaldson after 59 years of marriage. He also survives by grandson, Andre’ Levi Donaldson of Salem, Oregon and sister Sadie Mercer of Jackson, Ohio.
Carl retired from General Motors of Dayton, Ohio after 30 years. He and his wife enjoyed traveling and camping for over 11 years over most of the United States.
He is preceded in death by a son, Richard Thomas Donaldson; parents Ancil and Sarah Donaldson; brothers Charles and Roy; sisters Luella Neal, Omae Perkins, Helen Williams, Ruth Bowser, and three infant sisters.
Funeral service is 11 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2013 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral home in Jackson, Ohio with Pastor Joe Pinkerton officiating. Burial will follow in Fairmount Cemetery.
