Franklin D. Lowe, age 79, of Wilkesville, Ohio, passed away at Holzer Medical Center, Jackson, Monday, October 22, 2012. He was born in Vinton County, Ohio, on June 1, 1933 to the late Emmet and Grace (Mossman) Lowe. He was also preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
He is survived by one brother, Glen Lowe of McArthur, Ohio; one sister, Margaret Rood of Ray, Ohio; and several nephews, nieces and cousins.
Funeral service will be held at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Thursday, October 25 at 1 p.m. with Pastor Ferrell Rood officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home two hours prior to the service on Thursday. Burial will be in the Radcliff Cemetery.
