Tommy L. Lock

Tommy L. Lock, beloved father, husband, son, brother and friend, went home to be with Jesus on Sunday, October 14, 2012 at Ohio State University Medical Center, Columbus, Ohio. Tom was born on January 20, 1956 in Pontiac Michigan. He married Denise Hatfield and moved to Ohio January 1981.

He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Lock (Bill) Prater; grandson, Ethan Prater; sister, Teresa Lock (Ed) Reed; father-in-law, Robert Hatfield; sisters-in-law, Connie Hatfield Evans, Regina Hatfield (Tom) McCartney, Bufford Hatfield, and Penny (Ida) Hatfield; seven nieces and nephews: Anna, Brenda, Tracey, Becky, Bridget, Terry and Jerry Trish; and many cousins, aunts, uncles, family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Denise Hatfield Lock; his parents, Hester and Grace Lock; sister, Shirley Lock; uncle, Walter Earl; cousin, John Tucker and many other family and friends.

Tom was loved by many, had a laugh and smile for all, loved his family and most importantly, his Lord and Savior. He will truly be missed and loved by all.

Friends may call at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Friday, October 19, from 4 to 8 p.m., where funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 20, at 1 p.m. with Pastor Rob Ervin officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Condolences may be sent to www.mayhewbrownfuneralhome.com
