Paul James Jewell, Sr., age 86, of Chillicothe, and a former resident of Hamden, passed away Friday, August 17, 2012, in Chillicothe. He was born December 15, 1925 in Wellston, Ohio, the son of the late Clarence and Esther Kirby Jewell. Preceded in death by his wife, Viola Dulaney Jewell. Arrangements under the direction of the McWilliams Funeral Home.
