Thelma Kent, age 54 of Jackson, Ohio, passed away Thursday, May 10, 2012, at Holzer Medical Center in Jackson, Ohio. She was born in Jackson County, Ohio on December 24,1957 to the late Roy and Daisy Miller Kent.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Timmy Kent.
She is survived by son: Ricky Alford Goff of Wellston, Ohio, Daughter: Dotty Mae Hughes of Thompson, Georgia, brothers: Randy and Robert Kent of Jackson, Elvis Kent of Coalton and Frank Gene Leach of Wellston, sisters: Brenda Hubbard, Betty Tilly and Tammy Kent all of Jackson as well as 6 grandchildren and companion Bud Dennison.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home with burial to follow in Fairmount Cemetery. Friends may view from 11 a.m. Monday, May 14, 2012 up to the time of the funeral.
