Helen J. Jenkins Smith, age 82, of Jackson, Ohio, died Thursday April 12, 2012 at the Four Winds in Jackson. She was born April 5, 1930 in Salyersville, Kentucky, to the late Hannah and Flora Penix Caudill. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert V. Smith. Arrangements under the direction of the Cox Burkitt Funeral Home in Beaver.
