Gladys Kleinhans

Gladys Kleinhans, 89, of Wellston, passed away Thursday, March 22, 2012, at the Jenkins Memorial Health Facility. The daughter of the late Gill and Mabel Chambers Riley, she was born March 22, 1923, at Radcliff. Gladys was a 1941 graduate of Vinton Rural High School and soon thereafter worked at Columbus Coated Fabrics during WW II.

She is survived by her nephews and their spouses, Michael Riley and Susan, David Collins and Kathy, Harold Collins and Connie; and a niece, Roberta Egleberry and her husband, Rick. Numerous cousins and her good friends, Doris, Janey and Alene also survive.

Gladys was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, David Kleinhans in 2005; a brother, Virgil Riley; and a sister, Dorothy Collins.

There will be a service Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Huntley & Cremeens Funeral Home, with Father Donald Maroon officiating. Burial will follow in the Radcliff Cemetery. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.
