James Kenneth Hollingshead, age 66, of Wellston, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021, at Jenkins Care Community in Wellston. He was born May 22, 1955, in Wellston, Ohio, son of the late Richard D. Hollingshead. Sr. and Norma M. Weber Hollingshead. Jim was a 1973 graduate of Wellston High School and a veteran of the United States Army. He was a self-employed truck driver and a member of the American Legion Post 371 of Wellston and the V.F.W. Post 9092 in Wellston. Jim loved music and playing the guitar. He also enjoyed deer hunting and watching football.
Jim is survived by his wife of 39 years, Judy R. Norton Hollingshead; son, Michael Hollingshead (Dawn); grandson, Noah; stepdaughter, Kelly Newell (Clinton); step-grandchildren: Michaella and William; siblings: Richard Hollingshead, Jr. (Nancy), Paul Hollingshead (Diane), Mark Hollingshead (Kim), Chris Fraley and Janet Kincaid (Rick); as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Joan Dunn.
