Linda Charlene Baldwin, age 73 of Jackson, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at Holzer Medical Center in Gallipolis. She was born in Point Pleasant, West Virginia on December 7, 1947 to the late Charles Ray and Judith Ann Reynolds Dalton.
She is survived by her children: Tom Baldwin (Kathy Brazeau, fiancé) and Erin Baldwin; granddaughter, Haylie Baldwin; siblings: Charles Danny Ray and Nancy Detty; along with several nieces and nephews.
Linda enjoyed spending time with her family, hummingbirds, working crossword puzzles and reading. She retired from the Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant.
