Darlene M. Clagg, age 85, of Oak Hill, Ohio passed away Saturday, August 10, 2013 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. Darlene was born January 25, 1928 in South Webster, Ohio to the late Ray and Thelma (Allen) Moore. Darlene was a member of Grace United Methodist Church of South Webster, Ohio.
She is survived by daughter, Thelma (late Robert) Jenkins; sons, Clarence (Beverly) Clagg, Norman (Edith) Clagg, Ronald (Elizabeth) Clagg and Robert (Roseanna) Clagg. Darlene is survived by 18 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren and 7 great great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers, Paul Moore and Rory (Shelby) Moore, both of South Webster, Ohio.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Calvin Clagg in 1979; brother, Clifford Moore; grandson, Thomas Clagg; great-granddaughter, Ashley Clarke; great-great-grandson, Jaydin Trace and a baby sister, Hazel Moore.
A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, August 14, at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home in Oak Hill with Rev. Richard Clagg officiating. Burial will follow at Horeb Cemetery.
