Kevin Thomas Wallace, age 34, of Oak Hill, passed away Saturday, May 18, 2013 at Edgewood Manor in Wellston following an extended illness.
Kevin was a 1996 graduate of Oak Hill High School and Buckeye Hills. He was born September 7, 1978 in Gallipolis, Ohio to Larry Thomas Wallace and Karen Faye (Staley) Wallace, of Oak Hill who survive along with a sister, Bobbie Jo Van Allen (Lee) of Jackson. Also surviving are children, Brandon Thomas Wallace and London Riley Wallace, of Jackson and Jameson Cole Barry, of Oak Hill. Also surviving are three nephews, one niece, one great-aunt, three aunts, three uncles and three cousins.
Kevin was preceded in death by all grandparents. He dearly loved his children, family and friends. He loved to garden, fish and hunt. He was a huge fan of country music. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
A funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Lewis & Gillum Funeral Home of Oak Hill with Rev. Fred Crabtree officiating. Burial will follow in Monroe Cemetery.
