Pauline McCoy, age 65, of Oak Hill passed away Wednesday June 6, 2012 at Heartland of Jackson. She was born April 17, 1947 in Wayne County, West Virginia to the late Glenn and June (Ferguson) Webb. Pauline was the owner and operator of the Magic Touch Beauty Salon of Oak Hill for many years and was also employed by the Gallipolis City Schools where she worked with children with disabilities.
She is survived by husband, Donald McCoy; sons, Paul and Dustin McCoy all of Oak Hill, also four children raised in her home, Tonya Hays, Tommy Adkins, of Jackson and Jason Adkins of Gallipolis and Tiffany Irrizary of Virginia.; grandchildren, Braiden McCoy, Brashten McCoy , Chathan McCoy, Blake McCoy, Grayson McCoy, Brant Patterson, Enzo Irrizary, Marko Irrizary; four brothers, and two sisters also survive, Bruce Webb of Wellston, Charles Webb, Eugene Webb, and Linvel Webb all of Jackson. Doralee Powell of Rockbridge, Ohio and Kathy Kuhn of Oak Hill.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by two sisters, Demala Webb and infant, Glenna Webb.
Funeral service 3 p.m. Saturday June 9, at the Lewis-Gillum Funeral Home (Oak Hill location) with Rev. Cary Whaley and Bub Norris officiating burial to follow in C.M. Cemetery. Friends may call from 1 to 3 p.m. till the time of the funeral at the funeral home on Saturday.
