Carol Ann Fairchild, age 59, of Dalton, Massachusetts, formerly of Jackson, Ohio passed away Monday, November 14, 2016 at her home in Massachusetts. She was born November 30, 1957 in Oak Hill, Ohio to the late John William and Cora Lee (Cook) Shriver.
Carol worked in multiple departments with Holzer Health Systems for many years and most recently worked for Berkshire Hospital in Pittsfield, Massachusetts as a Director of Ambulatory Surgical Services.
She is survived by her two sons, Nathan Andrew and Adam Lee (Seohye) Fairchild; granddaughter, Clarice Fairchild; brother, John Shriver and her two nephews, John W. and Austin H. Shriver, as well as numerous other relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Fairchild.
