Joyce N. Gardner, age 72, of Wellston, Ohio, passed away July 21, 2013 at home. She was born November 9, 1940 in Jackson County to the late Alva and Nellie (Neely) Speakman.
She was preceded in death by husband, Carroll Gardner and son, James A. Dennison; as well as four sisters and three brothers.
She is survived by sons, Kenny Dennison of Jackson, Ohio, Martin Gardner, and Johnny Gardner of Columbus, Ohio; daughter, Terresa Hinning of Columbus, Ohio and sister, Donna Stevens of South Bloomingville, Ohio; 10 grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held at Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at 6 p.m. with Pastor John Watson officiating. Friends may call July 24, 2013 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Mayhew-Brown Funeral Home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
