Marjorie Joan Price, age 90, of Columbus, passed away February 24, 2022. She was born June 11, 1931, to Orland and Kathryn Scurlock and was preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Price, Sr.; brother, Charles Scurlock; and grandchild, Carl Price. She is survived by sons: James (Nancy) Price, Jr. and Joel (Laura) Price; daughter, Julia (John) Orrell; brother, Richard Scurlock; sisters: Louella Jones and Mary Scurlock; six grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Joan enjoyed reading and doing word puzzles.
A visitation will be held from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2022, at Schoedinger North, 5554 Karl Road. Family and friends will process to Kingwood Memorial Park for a 12 p.m. graveside service and interment. Please visit www.schoedinger.com to send condolences to her family.
