Scott Alan McLain, age 59, of Wellston, passed away Saturday, January 29, 2022, at Edgewood Manor in Wellston. He was born June 26, 1962, in Wellston, Ohio to Marvin C. McLain and Wanda M. Napper McLain. Scott was a Jack of All Trades and was a member of Carpenter’s Local Union #200. He loved racing cars and motorcycles, riding his Harley and watching sports and NASCAR, but most of all he loved spending time with his family and his dog, Mayham.
Scott is survived by his parents: Marvin and Wanda McLain; son, Corey McLain (April); sister, Angela Israel; niece, Chantel Israel; nephew, J.C. Black; as well as two great-nieces, one great-nephew and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be Wednesday, February 2, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home in Wellston. Funeral services will be Thursday, February 3, at 1 p.m. at the McWilliams Funeral Home with Pastor John Pelletier officiating. Burial will be in the Hamden Cemetery.
